Shawn has been in the industry for more than 10 years. From his youthful looks, you can tell he started young. With no relevant experience then, he knew he had to work harder than others to get ahead.
With diligence and strategic planning, he has been achieving his career goals year after year and winning numerous awards along the way, in both sales and recruitment. Most recently, the Director of Wealth Prestige led his group to clinch the Top Recruitment Award in 2020 in the previous firm that he represented.
Wealth Prestige is a great combination of diverse talents. Shawn oversees consultants who are fresh graduates, seasoned veterans, bankers and those who have successfully made mid-career switches from other industries. Many are Million Dollar Round Table qualifiers, an accolade that is among the highest in this industry.
A common question for Shawn is how he has been able to attract so many bright talents to his group. His answer:
“Anybody with the right attitude deserves a chance to prove themselves. I started with nothing, but now I am something. To me, the greatest satisfaction is when you see the person you groom achieve tremendous success. No amount of money can buy that. If you are willing to pay the price, you get the prize.”
