What sets us apart is our organic growth story. Many of our team members began their careers here without prior experience in sales or finance. For most, this was their first job. Starting WAV (Wave Advisory Venture) in 2025 marks an exciting new chapter for me and my incredible team. Our agency is built organically—none of us came from a finance background, but with grit, transparency, and leading by example, we've grown into a powerhouse of MDRT and COT qualifiers.
