One SGA Sign-up Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
1. The One SGA $5 voucher giveaway is organised by SG Alliance Pte Ltd (SGA).
2. The giveaway is open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and foreigners residing in Singapore.
3. This contest is only open to all individuals aged 18 and above.
4. Employees under SG Alliance will not be eligible to participate in the giveaway.
5. Each participant must sign up for the One SGA App Membership during the campaign period to be eligible for the e-voucher.
6. By entering the giveaway, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Giveaway Mechanics:
1. Your registration for the One SGA application must be complete. Entries that are incomplete or that do not adhere to all specified rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of SGA.
2. The first 500 signups of the giveaway (the ‘Winner(s)’) will be entitled to the giveaway by SGA. The One SGA Application registration must be completed for the respondent to stand a chance to win.
3. This giveaway will be on a first come first serve basis.
4. This giveaway will only run from the 18th of January 2024 to the 17th of February 2024.
5. Each winner will only be entitled to receive one e-voucher. In an event if multiple sign-ups or accounts are created, these entries will not take into consideration the giveaway.
6. Each participant is entitled to receive only one e-voucher, regardless of multiple sign-ups or accounts created.
Prizes:
1. Winners will each be awarded with a $5 NTUC FairPrice voucher.
2. The winners will be contacted via email during the duration of the 18th of January 2024 to the 17th of February 2024. Winners will be required to submit their personal details and reply to the email for verification purposes by the 24th of February 2024. Failure to reply after the 24th of February shall lead to the waiver of the contestant’s winning status. In the event of a failure to reply, the voucher will be rolled down to the next participating respondent.
3. The $5 NTUC FairPrice voucher will only be valid for “12” months. The NTUC FairPrice vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. The vouchers are/will be issued by NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Limited (“FairPrice”) and will be governed, as between you and FairPrice, by such separate terms and conditions as may be imposed by FairPrice.
Other Terms & Conditions:
1. Submission of registration of the One SGA implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulation of the Giveaway. In the event of a dispute, the decision of SGA is final.
2. Any personal Information you provide will be protected in accordance with the SGA Privacy Policy statement: https://sg-alliance.com/privacy-policy/
3. If for any reason, all or part of the Giveaway is not capable of being executed as planned, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, action of entrants, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of SGA, SGA reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant and cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway (in whole or in part).
4. SGA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should any virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond SGA’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. In such a case, SGA may select the Winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by SGA. SGA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
5. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless SGA and its advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees and officers from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the giveaway and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries.
6. SGA holds the final rights to amend these Terms and Conditions.
