Kelvin’s journey as a financial consultant began in 2012 at one of the world’s leading insurance companies. He was searching for a career that offered flexible hours and rewards that would commensurate with the amount of hard work and effort invested. Starting out as a rookie financial consultant, he fast-tracked to a position of Senior Financial Services Manager within four years.
Kelvin moved on to join SG Alliance, as he believed that a financial advisory firm would provide more financial solutions for his clients as well as more career opportunities for him and his team. He recalls tailoring a financial portfolio comprising investments and insurance components for a client. The client was later warded in the hospital and Kelvin managed to make the hospitalisation claim for him. The client was relieved and grateful he had taken up a comprehensive financial plan that helped him grow his wealth and offered him financial protection when he was unwell. Even though the work may be tiring, being able to help his clients makes this a rewarding career.
Kelvin has guided several financial consultants to achieve the coveted Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) status over the years, and wants to share his knowledge and experience to help his team carve successful careers, based on their individual goals.

Kelvin unwinds by hanging out with his family and friends. He loves music and enjoys watching English Premier League football games.
