William Han Organisation (WHO) is helmed by a leader who has groomed top producers and led one of the two best performing teams in his previous company before he joined SG Alliance. The WHO team bonds over this philosophy: everybody has the same vision and works equally hard towards the same goal. Group Director William encourages a caring and sharing mindset which extends to putting the needs of their clients first. WHO is a tightly-knit team in an active growth phase, welcoming new members keen to embrace a career where the individual member is in control of his/her career progress instead of depending on their bosses to decide on a promotion or a raise.
